By engaging Guy Black Studio, both parties agree on project scope, timeline, and deliverables in writing before work begins. Approved scope changes may affect timeline and pricing.

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, intellectual property transfers upon full payment. Each party keeps ownership of pre-existing materials, frameworks, and proprietary methods.

These terms are a baseline summary and can be superseded by a specific client agreement for a given project.
